SOONL Media Productions creates original films & videos, and if you’re an artist — established or emerging — we’d like to know more about your professional goals. We are actively developing projects that include:

Video Production & Archiving
Do you have an event you’d like recorded? Or video that you would like converted to another format? SOONL offers video production and processing services that include:
- Event recording (no weddings, sorry!)
- Video conversion (e.g., VHS or DV tape to DVD or online)
- Video editing
- Transcription of videos
- Interview recording & editing
- Promotional videos for local businesses and non-profits
- VLOG and Podcast recording and editing
Media Mentorship
Are you an youth or emerging artist looking to explore media production? Do you want to gain practical experience or enhance skills you’ve already been developing?
Every project at SOONL includes mentorship for youth and emerging artists whenever possible. These are paid positions, with the possibility of future employment.
And you don’t need to wait for us to announce a project! If you have your own media production ideas, then pitch it to us! We can help find funding to make your ideas come to life, and give you the skills you need to succeed.
Grant & Proposal Writing
Many artists are not aware that supports exist for grant writing. Both ArtsNL and Canada Council for the Arts will pay for someone to assist you in the creation of your applications. And that’s where SOONL comes in!
